Anne Frank's diaries have always been among the most moving and eloquent documents of the Holocaust. Join us in the secret annex where Anne and her family hid from the Nazis for two years. This compelling story of adolescents in the face of human tragedy comes to life in this riveting adaptation of a classic piece of literature.

Russian Duo from Cleveland Ohio

The Russian Duo is a unique blend of folk, traditional, classical and ethnic music. The music is performed on piano, balalaika, and voice. You will also hear the Russian folk instruments jaleika and treschotki. The program represents the diversity of Russian culture, ranging from humorous pieces, elaborate sets of variations, pulsating dance numbers, lilting folk songs, gypsy melodies, and lyrical romances. The music is diverse - at times reserved, soulful, vigorous, mischievous, and vibrant. Classical selections draw from Mozart, Schubert, Paganini, Rimsky-Korsakov, Johann Strauss. The Russian Rag, Hungarian Czardas, and Brazilian Tico Tico will appeal to all audiences. These transcriptions for piano and balalaika include virtuosic cadenzas and special strumming techniques. The combination of piano and balalaika offer the listener a remarkable musical experience. The Russia Duo has an infectious, magical rapport with audiences of any kind.

Alice In Wonderland by Bits N Pieces Puppet Theatre

Take a trip down the rabbit hole with Alice in Wonderland and Lewis Carroll's best known characters -- the Cheshire Cat, the wicked Queen of Hearts, the Mad Hatter and the very cool Caterpillar. Attend the Mad Hatter's zany tea party with the March Hare. Catch the Cheshire Cat's disappearing act and see the Queen of Hearts play croquet with Alice in the Royal Courtyard. Alice finds it takes self-discipline to tame the comic nonsense of Wonderland's madcap residents.

Jack Sprat's Low-Fat World Tour by Two Beans Productions & TheatreIV

Jack Sprat can eat no fat. His wife, Gloria, can eat no lean. So Jack decides it's time for Gloria to learn some healthy habits! He enlists the help of MC "Old Mutha" Hubbard, who rids Gloria's cupboard of junk food and takes her on a whirlwind tour of the grocery store, where Gloria learns a world of knowledge about good living through nutritious food choices.

This sixty-minute educational musical program features lots of audience participation... Your students can pretend to be antibodies fighting disease, dish their feelings about vegetables on "The Okra Winfrey Show," and even dance the Vitamin C conga! And best of all, your students will come away with the ability to make wholesome food choices for the rest of their lives!

Two Beans Productions joins the battle against the childhood obesity epidemic with The Jack Sprat Low-Fat World Tour, a fun-filled musical production commissioned by the American Cancer Society, drives home the importance of healthy eating in the fight against heart disease and obesity.
